workshop Manager Needed

Vacancy: Workshop Manager
A passenger transport services located on the mainland is looking to recruit a work shop manager. The ideal candidate must have experience in Japanese brands of minibuses such as Toyota buses.
Requirements
• Strong technical knowledge on cars repair and servicing, professional knowledge on Toyota car is preferred
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years work experience on managerial position in the relevant industry
• Excellent communication skills across different work levels
• Strong team work and competence in multitask
Responsibilities:
• To handle the Workshop department and to define the routine maintenance activity,
• To ensure smooth running of Workshop
• To manage staff
• To oversee workshop staff, buying, orders, processing of orders, all workshop duties.
• And other duties as may be assigned
Skills:
• Good organizational skills, both in maintaining records and the physical aspects of the workplace, as well as the ability to manage tasks and work time effectively.
• Good people skills in order to foster good relations with staff
• The Workshop Manager is expected to demonstrate, through their work, that they are creative thinkers with an aptitude for innovation.
• They should, at all times, demonstrate a positive, optimistic approach to solving difficulties and problems.
Remuneration: Negotiable
