Job description
•Manage/oversee organisation’s core network and IN
deployment. Key nodes would include SGSN, GGSN, MGW,
MSC-S, OCS/IN, HLR.
•Interface into the vendor’s project manager
•Report to the Program Manager.
•Interface with vendor’s staff in Design, Deployment
and Operations.
•Understand the EOT and 3G purchase order, and ensure
organisation deliver their core network solution
within the terms of agreements
•Review and agree the detailed project plan produced
by the vendors to agree the terms reference/engagement.
•Monitor progress of the Huawei radio project on a
daily, weekly, monthly basis to ensure they deliver to
their plan.
•Primary point (or first point) of interface for
vendors should they wish to deviate from their plan or
require a change order
• Escalate of issues to the Program manager

Requirement
•Exposure to Huawei and Alcatel Lucent systems and
solution is required
