Position : Powder Coating Supervisior


Location : Lagos


Qualification : BSc. Chemical Engineering


Requirement :

 Responsible for supervising individual that will be mixing and applying powders to aluminum products
 Responsible for ensuring that the equipment and processes for the paint booth and environmental room are being operated according to specifications and guidelines incorporated in the process Maintenance schedule.
 Assess equipment performance and coated product to ensure part coating quality and aesthetics.
 Attention to detail with a focus on quality
 Able to sustain a production schedule and sequence for powder coat line
 Responsible for upkeep of equipment
 Supervises the setting up and operation of equipment to coat products with powder base paint.
 Inspects coated items and tests for coating thickness.
 Resolves quality and mechanical problems, making minor repairs and equipment adjustments, as needed.
 Good knowledge of powder coating experience
