A leading player in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry is looking to hire an HR/ADMIN Mgr.Kindly find details of the vacancy.

Job objective(s)

To contribute to the organizations strategic and operational goals through the provision of a fully integrated and effective human resources service and by the development and co-ordination of a comprehensive Training and Development Programme.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop, recommend and implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives

• Advise Management on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function

• Lead, direct, motivate and develope the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business

• Coordinate the Organization’s comprehensive training programme

Recruitment and Staffing Levels

• Develop procedures to determine and benchmark required staffing levels, taking account of technological advances.

• Identify individual and organizational training needs and establish and co-ordinate a realistic training and development plan and budget

• Develop an integrated management development training scheme for professional staff through internal/external resources

• Develop and undertake such internal training courses as may be required

• Supervise all in-house training

• In conjunction with Team Leaders and Department Heads, analyze and identify skills gaps and make recommendations as to whether these should be filled by development and training of existing staff/partners or by strategic and targeted recruitment

• Be responsible for the recruitment of all staff, minimizing as much as possible of the burden of the recruitment process.


Minimum Education Qualifications/Experience
Minimum of Bachelor’s /HND degree
Minimum 2years relevant HR experience post NYSC.
Must be willing to travel.
Must be able to drive and have a valid drivers license.
