B.Sc/HND/Diploma in Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical Engineering

 Qualify candidates are to report to the production manager.
 The summary of the job include Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation during shift.
 Main Duties and Responsibilities:
 Supervises a team of staff, coordinating the daily provision and activities
 Responsible for planning and execution of projects as per given specifications
 Responsible for day to day works in section
 Co-ordination with various work groups
 Responsible for reporting to Production Manager
 Conversant with technical drawings
 Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
 Coordinate production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
 Responsible to meet shift production goals.
 Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
 Coach and provide career development advice to staff
 Responsible for quality of product. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
 Operate within standard operating procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
 Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Production Manager
 Serve on committees and teams as department representative
 Ensure a clean and safe work area.
 Complete shift paper work.

Minimum 3years professional experience
