B.Sc. /M.Sc. /B.Eng Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 8 years oil and gas related experience
• Good understanding of other engineering disciplines, especially rotating equipment compressor
• Good verbal and written command of the English language
• Strong coordination and multi –tasking skills
• Good IT skills
• Responsible for liaison with specialist and functional support teams within the client on detailed technical issues
• Manage safety in all aspects of the work, including design, construction and commissioning.
• Supervise and manage all control and automation activities of a major project.
• Execute a number of Control and Automation studies, Front End Engineering Design on upstream oil and gas facilities and pipelines,
• Ensuring deliverables are met and continuous improvements are achieved.
• Technical competence of instrument engineering personnel.
• Forecast requirements for instrument engineering resources and allocate those resources.
• Instrument design integrity of workscope and maintenance standards.
• Identify instrument software necessary to enable instrument group to function effectively
• Prepare instrument man-hour estimate to perform project tasks.

• Check compliance with Alliance QA/safety/environment roles.
• Required to carry out the maintenance on electrical generation equipment and the distribution of medium and low voltage.
• Must have knowledge in dealing with emergency switchgear, automatic transfers and diesel generators.
• Would be required to maintain un-interruptible power supply units, power utility services for gas turbines, electrical equipment and field instrumentation.
• The candidate will perform electronic monitoring, controlling and signal devices. The candidate will be expected to be proficient in using industry instrumentation and telemetry, control valves.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector for engineering in instrumentation and control system
