LOCATION: WARRI


 HND/B.SC/B.ENG in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years post NYSC experience, 5 of which must have been spent in fleet maintenance in the haulage industry.
 He should be able to lead and manage a team of subordinates to perform scheduled checks on all of the transport trailer vehicles
 Possess good knowledge of handling and usage of repair equipments and testing tools
 Good knowledge of Fleet Maintenance Operations (fleet maintenance shop and the fabrication and welding shop)
 Good knowledge of regular maintenance and servicing of Mack trucks
 Must be conversant with all industry regulations and safety norms
 Adequate knowledge of record keeping (maintenances and service record of all vehicles)
 Possess good knowledge of assigning tasks and work areas to subordinates and ensuring that they complete the work at the right time
 should ensure that the vehicles are functioning appropriately by test driving the vehicles
 Possess adequate knowledge to evaluate and implement employee training, shop safety programs/OSHA standards, tool inventory and accountability procedures, Quality Assurance/Quality Control program, and inspections
 IT proficiency
 Excellent team spirit, integrity and supervisory ability
 Good communication skills
 Candidate must be able to multi task
 Should be a reliable team leader, team player and with good time management skills.
 Good knowledge of technical report writing skills
 Aged between 35-50 years
