Core Purpose of Job - Interpret Sales forecasts and compile orders into inventory and production schedules; program production and dispatch of all finished product and Manage and control supply of all foods ingredient and packaging to ensure stocks inventory are maintain at required level.



Responsibilities:-

· Co-ordinate the provision to Stores Of product requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Co-ordinate the provision to all processing facilities of all necessary ingredients and packaging to produce required products.

· Provide weekly/monthly requirements of packaging, ingredients and imported foods.

· Co-ordinate the supply of foods product both imported and local sourced to Sales.

· Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Processing, Accounting, Tranpsort and Dairy Farms staff on a regular basis.

· Direct, control, motivate and develop subordinate staff and promote good operating practices.

· Monitor and amend Transport Plan as necessary for efficient delivery to the stores.

· Compile packaging and ingredient requirements from Sales forecasts.

· Schedule orders for packaging, raw materials and imported foods with the Purchasing department.

· Optimize and control stock levels of all ingredients, packaging and imported foods.

· B.sc and or MBA in any social Science related discipline.

· 5.6 years experience in a related industry at senior management level.

· Ability to understand and articulate the impact of sales programs on restaurant personnel, operational systems and business financials.

· Ability to connect business goals with local consumer, competitor and trade area dynamics to implement effective Sales program.

· Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing high growth company.

· Continuous desire for learning and self-improvement
