Working acting as Maintenance Coordinator with Arabian Industries LLC at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), South Oman for their Engineering and Maintenance Contract (EMC)&EPC. EMC is a joint venture between Worley parsons and Arabian Industries LLC, Muscat, Oman.

 Involved in all management review meetings, regular planning meetings such as 90Day Plan / 14Day Plan, Frozen week plan, Teleconference and Net meetings with Client, Planned shutdown meetings and Management thereof. Management of Sub Contractors, LCCs & external parties
 Maintenance of Beam pumps, Esp, Pcp& rotary pumps, hvac and static equipments (Heat exchanger, columns, CPI separators, vessels, Tanks etc), RV’s, pvvs etc.
 Responsible for KPIs related to PMs, CMs , weekly/Monthly and Yearly performance
 Team member for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Equipment Improvement Activities (EIA) in SAP based environment
 Co ordination with electrical and instrumentation dept.
 Looking after Site Co-ordination between client requirements & existing manpower for delivering the projects.
 Execution of activities with safety within stipulated time and budget.
 Installation, testing and commissioning of oil piping and static equipments like heat exchangers, columns, tanks etc
 Installation, testing and commissioning & maintenance of HVAC System

Role:
 Planning and scheduling project activities with responsibilities towards
 Installation, testing and commissioning of Re distillation (Piping and Equipments) of ethylene gas.
 Preparation of material request, verification of the received materials from the client.
 Tie-in point piping fit up inspection, visual weld inspection, pressure test inspection, lines flushing witness inspection prior and after test.

 Conducted Hydro Test and Nitrogen Test of equipments (Pipes / Heat Exchangers).

Dy. Manager (Power Projects) National Contracting Co Ltd. (EPC) Aug’07 to Nov’08 Saudi Arabia
Role:
 Reviewing the sub-contractors/vendors for meeting the agreed contractual schedules and quality requirements.
 Conducting verification / inspection for the suitability of material receipts in co-ordination with subcontractor materials group.
 Imparting training to the Project Engineers for implementation of Quality Management System.

Petrochemical plant set up in technical collaboration with M/s. ATOCHEM, France to manufacture PTFE. The company is incorporated with continuous and batches process for production of CFM 22, TFE & Polymerization of PTFE.

 Handled activities pertaining to piping & equipment installation, testing and commissioning of petrochemical plants; maintenance of major overhauling, modifications, failure analysis condition monitoring, commissioning, startup, performance and specification evaluation.
