SECURITY OFFICER IN A REPUTABLE CAPITAL MARKET COMPANY

SPECIFICATION
We need for immediate employment security officers for a reputable capital market company. The ideal employee must be either member of the Nigerian Legion (retired Army, Navy or Air-Force Personnel) or a Retired Police Officer. He must be smart, alert and good in oral and written English. He must not be older than 45 yrs and must have a good medical history. Experience/Training with guard dogs is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION: the employee will among other duties;
1. Patrol premises following an orderly route.
2. Investigate malfunctions observed or reported, including problems of temperature, lighting,
3. Open windows and doors.
4. Open buildings for authorized entries.
5. Maintain security records and communicates same to other personnel
6. Complete minor quick-fixes and adjustments to eliminate personal and property damage.
7. Identify building maintenance needs not requiring prompt attention and submits work orders to correct them.
8. Assist police, as appropriate.
9. Investigate vandalism and may detain suspects until police respond.
10. Assist persons called for repairs with transportation, access to the area and other appropriate help.
11. Control vehicle traffic on the premises.
12. Erect barricades.
13. Guard, patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
14. Prepare a report of daily activities.

JOB LOCATION : Lagos, Nigeria.
