1 x Transmission Network Engr
• Transmission Network Design, planning and Optimization
• LOS Survey
• Technical Site Survey(TSS)-Site Engineering Survey(SES),

• Microwave PDH/SDH planning
• Technical Support
• Field operation test & mtce

• VSAT design, planning & installation
• Optic fibre network design, planning & implementation
Required Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
• Use of Pathloss and any other transmission planning tool
• Excellent background gained in a telecoms environment
• Strong working knowledge and background of 2G/3G & microwave transmission network planning
• Active involvement and understanding of fibre network planning & design
• Proven success in delivery of technical projects
• Practical knowledge / understanding of an operational network environment,
• ability to understand and foresee risks, problems & issues from a technical and operational perspective


3 x RF (DT) Engineers
 Perform RF drive testing to carry out propagation and signal measurement.
 Perform analysis of measured data, in order to modify network design and enhance performance. Ensure the deployment of an optimum system, making sure that service coverage is in line with the objective and the strategy adopted by the service provider.
 Devise test plans, test site scheduling, equipment calibration and setup, RF signal measurement and data analysis.
 Measure field data for the base site to identify RF signals frequencies and respective powers.
 Define the requirements and establish the design criteria to identify the network planning tools to use and the required databases.
 Perform measurement integration into the planning tool; in order to tailor the tool for the specific design market environment.

 Identify base station sites for system coverage provision, and perform site surveys with other network implementation teams, in order to verify suitability of the sites for zoning, acquisition and construction.
 Implement high performance operational wireless networks which include initial RF network design, re-design, regular design reviews, RF build verification, system RF acceptance, optimization and continuous technical support to all deployment teams.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

 Experience within an Engineering role or equivalent
 Experience of supervising and leading a technical team or equivalent
 Higher education within technical arena or engineering or equivalent
 IT literate (Microsoft Office Suites)
 Strong communications





1 x BSS Engr

Key Requirement
• Minimum of 2 years Telecommunication Diploma, Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience of field maintenance of 2G/3G technology BSS (BTS, Node B, RBS, MW, DXX, TN, Antenna, MC and CE) equipment.
• Knowledge of 2G/3G technology BSS (BTS, Node B, RBS, MW, DXX, TN, Antenna, MC, CE) equipment from major vendors.
• Well acquainted & familiar with the software programs and protocols used in above equipments.
• Well familiar with Engineering designs, Circuit work orders, Ring diagrams, Contour Maps.
Comprehensive knowledge on ODF, DDF, IDF, TDF wiring and Krone block’s arrangement used by different venders.
• Comprehensive knowledge on measuring equipments such as Optical power meters,
• Spectrum analyzers, E1 analyzers … etc and special tools used.
• Thorough knowledge on 2G/3G technologies and there applications in mobile BSS systems.
• Working knowledge on antenna alignment.
• Working level of PC software packages.
• Strong command of the English language, Arabic language knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, commitments)
• Organizational Awareness.
• Able to work under emergency & critical situations.
