Main Responsibilities:
Collating of all payroll information for our payroll bureaus and checking all information is correct prior to payment
Maintaining accurate salary information
Ensuring all payroll information is accurate
Coordinating salary review process
Ensuring new joiners and leavers are up to date on the system
Benefits:
Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all employee benefits on the HR system
Managing relationships with all benefits providers
Facilitating employee enrolment in benefit schemes of their choice
Ensuring benefits that affect payroll are taken into account for payroll purposes
Ensuring payment is made to benefits providers as required
Researching new benefits as required
HR:
Maintaining and updating the HR database
Ensuring all absence is recorded accurately on the system
Assisting with starter and leaver administration
Assisting with miscellaneous staff requests (e.g. references)
Ad hoc duties that arise as part of an expanding organisation
Likely attributes will include:
Attention to detail
Exceptionally organised, methodical and pro-active
Able to prioritise and use initiative
Exceptionally reliable and flexible approach
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Able to muck in and get involved in a variety of tasks
Excellent relationship building skills
Intermediate/Advance MS Office skills
Ideally proven payroll administration experience
