Experience of handling RTA fast track cases is essential, preferably personal injury claims. The candidate should be able to value a straight forward soft tissue injury to the neck and back up to a value of £5000.

The candidate should ensure post and diary are worked on in line with the target dates provided. Candidates need be passionate, enthusiatic, energetic and show a keen interest in the legal process.
