We are in search of team mates for our Nigerian Representative Office Job description · Be responsible for sourcing garments such as casual shirts, trousers, denims and knits · Be responsible for setting up, managing and leading merchandising and quality control team. Work with garment factories mills to achieve best prices. Work to ensure a seamless co-ordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues. Provide day-to-day operational direction to the merchandising staff to ensure customer orders are filled and delivered on time Provide updated market information to head office in respect of style, fabrics, delivery and production capacity, etc. Involved in sampling, manufacturing, costing, sourcing, vendor management. Ensure timely delivery of desire quantities as per quality and design specifications. Ensure process adherence, timely delivery of merchandise
Qualifications Job Requirement · working experienced no needed in garment manufacturer or buying offices with factory contacts. · Have manufacturer portfolio for casual indoor Satellite antenna, laptop, blender and electric stove · Experienced in dealing with garment factories and suppliers- Have capacity in setting up and maintaining strong relationship with vendors/suppliers. · To be available throughout the run of the product to deal with any matters arising · Available for domestic traveling · Available for residence in Shanghai · Independent and able to work under pressure & working overtime if necessary · Excellence in English (writing and verbal) · Excellent teamwork's skills · Good at office computing skills
