CURRICULUMN VITAE Transform the Bank?s Security from military to Corporate professional security. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and standards for identifying and protecting intellectual property assets, personal property, facilities or operations, vandalism, espionage, sabotage theft, unauthorized disclosure, misuse or loss. Provide direct support to properties within the division, in regards to managing security related incidents, divisional crisis management incidents and health and safety matters; Foster relations with key government and law enforcement agencies, intelligence communities, private sector counterparts and vendors to maintain security support services for division; Specifically support and drive the following security initiatives, physical security standards, security program, crisis management training and background screening and investigations; Manage relationships and performance of security consultants and vendors engaged on behalf of the division, make appropriate recommendations for engaging security vendors and consultants. Administer a Security Vulnerability Assessment Program to identify vulnerabilities and employ appropriate counter measures to protect employees and assets; Put in place a Safety Program of the Bank Provide expert advice to Management on Security and safety matters. Act as liaison to the Bank in the areas of design and implementation of physical security system; Develop physical security standards, policies, and recommended processes aligned with corporate security strategy and budget guidelines; Management of the Bank?s electronic systems and controls Maintain in an in-depth knowledge of the latest security equipment standards and technology encompassing all physical security products; Develop and coordinate an Executive Protection Programme including executive travel and assessing security as the offices and residences of senior executives; and Conduct Security Surveys and Audits Coordinate physical security efforts so as to assure synergies involving cost leveraging, standardization and quality performance; Manage the activities and provide leadership and direction to the professional, technical and support staff within the Security Division; Create, develop and maintain a network of security contacts among law enforcement bodies, private security companies and corporate security specialists in the countries where the Group has substantial presence.
