Lesotho Brewing Company Loss Prevention Manager: Security of assets of the company, training and restructuring of the Security section. Formulation and implementation of Safety policy and procedures for the brewing company in accordance with the NOSA standards, the Breweries acquired a 5 Star rating in 1994. Security access control procedures were improved and the company was saved about 5 million in Rands per year for the following three years. Securicor Gray (Lesotho) Training & Human Resource Manager: Recruitment, selection and training of staff, deployment and supervision, and later responsible as Area Manager, coordination with clients from time to time. The Company won tender to do security for Heads of State and Government when SADC summit was held in Lesotho in 1996. Industrial relations were improved in the Company, and with other organizations as well as with own employees. Advise to Client companies on their security situations, performed security audits and surveys for clients. Central Bank of Lesotho - Chief Security Officer: Planned, reorganized and did audit to all security and safety systems and procedures. Developed and implemented general security, fire and accident prevention procedures. Managed operations of all electronic security detection and control systems. Liaison with Departments of the Bank, other Central Banks and external security structures as Police, Army and Intelligence services to monitor crime trends and statistics in the country and in the region. Advice management on security and safety related issues. Investigated and saved the Bank loss of approximately 3.5 million in Rands nearly lost to fraudsters. Prepare and present to Management and to Board progress reports and budget management of the Security Division.
