International Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an exceptional individual to become part of our International Product Management Team. This role encompasses all aspects of researching international market expansion – from initial market research and strategy development to product localization research and planning.

An ideal candidate will have experience doing market research and presenting their findings, native language skills to the marketing being studied, and be a self starter. If you are looking to work with a growing business in an environment allowing you to showcase your exceptional marketing skills, this may also be the job for you.


To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of a specific international market(s), and the language skills of that country or region. Foreign nationals with experience in Europe, Middle East, Scandinavia and APAC preferred. General knowledge of business management applications and accounting processes is a huge plus.




Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research of defined international markets, understanding all business and social elements of doing business in the defined market.

• Identify and build relationships with customers, partners in the local market


• Collect, analyze, maintain and distribute information about competing products, local customs, standard business practices, etc.

• Proactively research, define and communicate the localization requirements for the NetSuite product in the defined market.

• Prepare documentation and communicate entrance strategy options for the specific market.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Detailed knowledge of country or regions market, including language skills.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills

• A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and processes


• Superior analytical, writing, verbal and time management skills


• Self-starter with the ability to work in a very fast paced environment

• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions

• Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently


• Bachelor's degree in progress required. Master’s degree in progress preferred. Possible areas of Study; International Marketing, Marketing, Accounting, Business Management.





Additional Information:
• This is a paid internship with duration of approximately 3 months.
