INSURANCE SALES MANAGERS

Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc seeks experienced, dynamic and self driven professionals
for the following position:



As key members of the Company¡¦s Retail Business Group, the Sales Managers would be
responsible for the following:


„Ï Recruit , Train and manage Retail Agents


„Ï Identify and Appoint Corporate as Agents


„Ï Responsible for Sales Budgets /Goals as per agreed terms


„Ï Back office and operation support


„Ï Responsible for Transaction reconciliation


„Ï Negotiation


„Ï Activity Management


„Ï Retention of Customers and Agents acquired


„Ï Facilitator and Trainer for Sales Process



„Ï Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Agency Network.


Candidates must have a first degree and at least 4 years combined sales experience.



Possession of an MBA would be an added advantage. They must also have a track record
of Managing teams, Relationship management skills proven history of generating revenues,
strong relationship building and negotiation skills, analytical, self-motivated and must be
ambitious and driven to succeed.



A good technical understanding of the financial services
industry is also required.

experience. The job location is our Corporate Head office in Lagos.
