Responsibilities:

 Loop checking of all field instruments connected in DCS (CENTUM 3000) from control room (HIS console). Working in troubleshooting of DCS & SIS panels.
 Pre-checking of all field instruments , package skids & panels in field
 Troubleshooting of DCS (CENTUM3000) & SIS (PROSAFE) with YOKOGAVA vendor.
 Preparing all as build Loop Drawings & Preparing of all check sheets for Pre-commissioning.
 Loop checking of all Caution monitoring system (CMS) instruments such as Vibration sensors, Temperature sensors & keyphasors.
 Handled all documentation for pre-commissioning as preparing of markup loop drawings ,Termination drawing & P&ID’s
 Done commissioning of vendor package skid with vendor (Air compressor package, MIMIC panel (Flare Logic) & Fuel Gas package.

 Client: M/s Mearsk Oil Qatar.
 Period: April 2008 –September 2009
Designated as “Instrumentation Engineer” for the MOQ Project.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for complete installation, commissioning and maintenance of SCADA, F&G System, Paging System, Communication Network & Field Instruments connected to various remote well platforms and Process platforms.
 Loop checking of various types of field instruments connected to SCADA, PLC & DCS systems. Installation and Calibration of Field instruments at remote well platforms and Process platform. Installation and maintenance of pneumatic shutdown panels at remote well platforms.

 Calibration, Installations, Commissioning, Maintenance of the following Field Instruments Systems. (Smart, HART transmitter makes Honeywell, Rosemount, and Yokogawa).
Differential pressure type flow transmitters,
