Responsibilities
• Operational Manager for Risk Management and Quality assurance
• Directs and coordinates infection control Occupational health and Safety program in hospital
• Conducting hospital wide risk analysis process
• Responsible of conducting JCI gap analysis for clinical and non clinical department
• Interprets and implements quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure quality care to patients: Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing hospital policies and procedures.
• Analyze Incident and accident reports
• Implement the hospital wide and the department specific quality improvement program and all relevant plans.
• Participates in special projects to help achieve company goals
• Ensure that quality principles are understood, implemented and continually evaluated
