A leader in the cleaning services based sector is currently seeking an experienced HR professional who is able to fulfill his duty well and have the ability to strategize and analyze the kinds of people that the company needs. His primary responsibility includes recruitment and training of the employees for them to suit the companys goals and objectives
Requirement:
Minimum of first degree in related discipline
5 years experience in human resources to include experience working in cleaning services which will be strongly preferred
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including training and development, performance management and etc
Responsibilities:
To manage the people who work for the organization.
Is responsible for employing people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services in tune with the job and organizational requirement.
Is responsible as the organizational manager for employees and company.
Skills and abilities
Capable of working with people of different educational levels, cultural heritages, religious practices, age groups, and work experience
Conflict resolution skills to ensure a harmonious working relationship among the employees
Must have Demonstrated ability in coordinating people when it comes to special projects or events. Coordination also includes making sure that the events or activities are done with the best quality possible and that they stay strict on following a schedule set by the company as well
Ability in relating with different types of people
He should also be computer literate and must know a lot about informational systems.
