JOB DESCRIPTION : Reporting directly to the Global VP of Human Resources, this position will be working with all levels of the organization on an international basis.

The International Director, Human Resources provides strategic business partner support to the various lines of business for our international regions including the UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

This role provides strong HR leadership to manage organizational transformation. Team leadership, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, HR compliance, internal communications, and special projects are all integral parts of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Complies with and acts as ambassador for all NetSuite human resources policies and procedures

• Reviews and makes recommendations for improvement of policies, procedures and practices

• Manages, develops and implements training programs

• Practices proactive employee relations

• Works with department directors on goal setting, annual performance reviews, salary adjustments, progressive discipline, and terminations

• Responsible for managing and analyzing international benefits practices

• Supports and coaches colleagues and managers regarding all human resources practices and programs

• Responsible for compliance with human resources related company policies as well as all applicable local employment laws and regulations

• Participates in department head meetings and other functions as appropriate

• Solid process orientation and capacity to implement infrastructure of growth while keeping the design simple, practical and low/cost maintenance

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• A seasoned human capital leader with 10+ years of progressive human resources and leadership experience

• BS/BA/Masters degree with course work in business, human resources, or related field, and 8-10 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• CIPD certification encouraged

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills partnered with a comfort level in being able to deal with ambiguity

• Business acumen with the ability to effectively perform and advise at the management level and a solid desire to know and understand client's business areas

• Well-organized, able to reprioritize work in a dynamic environment. - meeting changing business needs

• Customer focused with strong relationship building skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Works effectively with all levels of management and employees • Must be able to respond to multiple demands and deadlines effectively, and be able to handle situations calmly • Strong working knowledge of systems, HRIS, analysis and reporting, MSWORD, POWERPOINT • Expert Knowledge of EXCEL and data analysis

• Strong internet and research capabilities

• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, team environment

• Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision

• Strong drive to create results with disciplined follow-though and focus skills

• Adaptable and flexible style of collaborating with key stakeholders in setting direction

• Optimistic nature with energetic can-do attitude and commitment to building a great company

• Interpersonal sensitivity, quickly picks up on environmental cues and reads others, able to convey personal warmth and sense of humour/humanity while ensuring client groups adhere to necessary protocols • High integrity with a reputation of a trusted confidential advisor
