The position is responsible for the implementation of programs & policies in the areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Labour Relations as well as carryout health presentations.
Key result areas include implementation of recruitment strategies that ensure the best match of candidates are selected for each vacancy and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and within the standard lead time; consistent & on-time administration of the company’s compensation and benefits program based on established policies; implementation of strategies and programs that promote healthy labour/industrial relations; active participation in the development of relevant policies and procedures; conduct of research and analysis in studying relevant trends that will aid and policy making activities.
.BSC/HND,OND in any desciline.
• University degree, specialized studies in the field of Labor Relations or Health Education is an advantage
• At least relevant work experience, with heavy emphasis in handling Labor Relations function and health.
• Highly organized in the planning, execution & monitoring of assigned tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• With a high degree of service orientation
