Head of Premium Banking – West Africa

CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Head of Premium Banking for an international Bank in Africa.

The Candidates responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
• Management, development and performance of the sales operation and front office team of Advisors, Relationship Managers and Unit Heads
• Ensure that the market share is developed accordingly across all areas of high net worth individuals and any applicable institutional clients
• Identify strategic alliances to grow segment
• Define service levels and standards for segment and implement customer retention/loyalty practices
• Deliver differentiated premier customer value proposition: branding, products and services

The Candidate must have;
• Relevant degree (preferably a Masters)
• Minimum of 8 years experience within a Banking Institution (with at least 4 years Senior Management experience)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership qualities
