Our client requires a General Manager who will have the responsibility for the strategic direction setting and management of the business.

Our client is a company that manufactures and sells different ranges of cooling equipment.

The General Manager's respnosibiliies include
- Strategic direction setting for the business in line with the Board's directive in order to position the company as a key player in the cooling industry.

- Direct implementation of the strategy of the business in accordance with the organizational objectives

-Oversee the entire business in terms of operational, financial, human resources and legal activities.

- Ensure adequate human, material and financial resources for achievement of business goals

Qualifications - First Degree in Elec. Eng./MBA an added advantage, with at least 10 yrs work experience, 8 of which shld have been in a similar business structure and 5 in a managerial position.Age - 42-47 yrs old
