The Operation Manager has direct responsibility to the General Manager in Overseeing the Logistics & procurement and stores to ensure efficient and proper record keeping and safety of all company inventories and timely delivery to the customers.

Summary of the Responsibilities

1) Manages the entire operations/ Logistics business of the branch in such a manner as to ensure timely, effective, prompt delivery and cost effective.

8) Final approving authority for all expenditure in the branch. Ensuring that all requisitions are duly recommended by the respective head of departments and conforms to the cost tariff that may be applicable at the time.
9) Prepares monthly periodical reports to the Managing Director.
