Job Description : Providing legislative support to the operational fields, both onshore and offshore. Coordinate all integrity, static equipment and structural requirements both onshore and offshore and work closely with the inspection engineer with regard to recertification of existing facilities and acceptance of new facilities. Provide assistance with integrity, certification and commissioning input to Facilities Engineering Operational projects. An integral part of the Maintenance Management Team working closely with the HSE Manager, Facilities Engineering, Procurement & Logistics and outside contractors.
Support maintenance engineering, offshore and onshore for all integrity requirements.
Will be required to travel to each of the locations as and when required to integrate with the field maintenance teams.
Co-ordinate the facilities integrity requirements for both onshore and offshore locations.
Implement a planning regime for facilities integrity activities into a 90-day activity plan, 12 month look-ahead and 5 year long term plan, which should be driven by the CMMS.
Set KPIs for plant / facility integrity, and contractor based on schedule of jobs and performance of contractor.
Plan and schedule the integrity work of all the companies facilities in line with legislative requirements.
To plan, organize and monitor both routine and non-routine maintenance with a view to achieving optimum utilization of assets at minimum asset life cycle costs while ensuring that they meet operations, safety and environmental standards.
Schedule and monitor maintenance activities to ensure conformance with statutory and asset integrity requirements.
Ensure that adequate contractual services cover is in place to support relevant disciplines within area of responsibility.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A BSc. or equivalent in an engineering discipline is essential with at least 5 years operational experience in the oil industry

Experience: Operational maintenance management experience with a bias towards Fit For Purpose inspection. Project Management experience is a plus
Age: 25 years and above.

Work with the Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator in tracking all ongoing and planned new developments related to the assets and identify issues and areas where direct involvement by production Department will contribute to improved performance.
Work closely with the Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator in organizing and /or coordinating operations input into all new projects, modification and de-bottlenecking studies, ensuring production operations requirements are agreed and adopted during the design stages of the projects.
Give necessary support to Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator to effectively work with the Production Coordinator and Head Maintenance Services in order to help identify and define facilities related performance constraints.
Ensure timely involvement of the appropriate functional specialists in the resolution of these development and asset performance.
Contribute to the ongoing cooperation and understanding between functional asset groups and specialist services providers.
Participate in various projects including risk assessment, hazop, hazard reviews.
Provide field supervision as necessary for close monitoring of projects being carried our by third parties on behalf Production Operations.
