frankfaz, General Engineering

by Frank
(UK)

To whom it may concern
I am looking for a change of career, have been working in Nigeria for many years in the printing industry and involved with offshore and high speed crafts around the world for over 20 years, I recently put together a company to acquire, repair and service offshore crafts for crew movements in Calabar, Nigeria and also implemented a computerized maintenance management system.

I have also been involved in setting up a number of new companies operating composite repair systems for repair and refurbishment of live pipes both onshore and offshore and including valve repair and re stuffing on live locations and also clamp design and construction for application of live leak sealing and repair, and I am also trained in the application of a number of composite repair systems.

Over my years experience I have been involved with a number of projects from initial planning, fabrication design, construction, service and repairs. CAD design, heavy plant movement both on land and sea including slinging and lifting, transport, costing, management and commissioning including personal allocation and H&S aspects.

I feel that my experience although in the engineering industry would serve me well in many aspects of industry and as I have worked in Nigeria for many years and recently involved in the oil industry I would like the opportunity to change my career direction.
