Job Description :
• Working with the directors of the business you will be solely responsible for the financial aspects i.e. financial reporting, costing, and balance sheets.
• Advising the directors on important financial aspects and to give direction in this area
• Creation and implementation of financial strategies and procedures
• Supervision and delegation of workload to additional financial staff
• Analysis of expenditure, budgets, cash flow, month end etc
• Analysis and review of internal accounting system as to be best utilised
The Individual:
• The ability to demonstrate previous experience in the above areas

Job Description : Are you a successful CIMA/ACCA qualified Finance Director in the Travel Industry? Have you got a proven track record with US GAAP and matrix organisations? Here is an opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Business Partner to Senior Management team
- Support the business and stakeholders by ensuring accurate and well-timed financial information
- Develop clear and easily interpreted reports with a strong focus on variance analysis in conjunction with other business unit Directors.
- Reporting, forecasting and accounting across the business, enhancing the accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Accountant
- Must be prepared to travel regularly overseas
- Strong Financial Planning and Analysis experience, ideally within a large organisation.
- Strong background and understanding of US GAAP essential.
- Proven track record in developing financial reports including variance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work at all levels.
- Experience in a complex, matrix organisation within the travel industry.
