Ψ Development Credit Bank Ltd: (From April, 2006 till December 2009)

Designation: - Customer Service Executive

 Responsibilities: -

• Handling the banking operations entailing fund clearance, cash management, accounts, etc. to meet optimal service and efficiency levels.
• Establishing performance-oriented systems/procedures for execution of banking operations.
• Driving process improvement strategies to ensure maximum efficiency in different operations.
• Evaluating banking processes & procedures to locate & alleviate possible bottlenecks/frauds.
• Managing inward Cheque Clearance on a daily basis
• Providing Customer Service and support.
• Handling customer complaints
• Preparing Drafts/Pay orders/Transfers/Fixed Deposits
• Report Checking
• Process the home banking request/RTGS/NEFT
• Interaction with the walk in customers

• Handling MICR Referrals on daily basis, which includes informing the customers about the discrepant inward clearance cheques coordinating the clearing division for clearing the cheques
• Selling CASA adding to the book size of the Branch along deepening the existing relationship and adding to the numbers.
• Maintaining portfolio of Customer and setting their profits.
• Handling regular customer queries and in charge of promotional offers & cross-selling of third-party product to the existing customers as Customer Liaison Officer.



Cash Management:
• Managing in-house cash of walk-in customers.
• Supervising & managing one cash-teller and cash deposition by collection agencies in different branches.
• Handling of cash-vault & cash register e.t.c.



 Indusland Bank Limited (From January 2005 to March 2006)
