Handling regular customer queries and in charge of promotional offers & cross-selling of third-party product to the existing customers as Customer Liaison Officer.
Cash Management:
Managing in-house cash of walk-in customers.
Supervising & managing one cash-teller and cash deposition by collection agencies in different branches.
