JOB TITLE: Country Manager

RECRUITING COMPANY : MTECH COMMUNICATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position is a top-level role with primary responsibility for executing MTech’s entry and post-entry strategy in each new market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversees all planning , organizing, directing, controlling and evaluation of the operations of the organization

• Planning, administration and control of budget

• Prepare reports and briefs for evaluation of organizations daily operations for board meetings

. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A Bachelor’s degree

• MBA would be an advantage

• At least 5 years experience in advertising, consulting, media, FMCG or finance industries

• 3 years in a supervisory / management capacity

• Fluency in French, Portuguese, Spanish or Arabic would be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting

EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management and project management

• Demonstrated record of outstanding achievement

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Financial Management

• Develop pricing model and billing procedures

• Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bills rates, and utilization

• Ensures efficient cost management practices are in place

Business Development • Establish strong relationships with mobile operators, media organizations and other key partners according to business plans

Leadership • Manages the process of innovative change effectively

• Inspires subordinates to attain goals and purse excellence

• Remains on the forefront or emerging industry practices

HR Development

• Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors those with less experience through formal channels

• Helps team execute career development plans

• Recruits outstanding individuals to fit the positions required to achieve company’s objectives

• Seeks and participates in development opportunities

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Proven strategic planning skills • Possess the ability to operate effectively in challenging and constantly changing environment

• Possess first class communication and interpersonal skills

• Organizational and negotiation skills

• Must be used to leading large teams

• Must have the drive, enthusiasm and passion that delivers results
