A public company in Lagos, Nigeria is recruiting to fill the above mentioned post.

Candidate must be a legal practitioner or an accountant, with requisite experience in legal advice/administration. He/She must be above 30 years old and must have a basic understanding of the regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as it relates with public companies. Experience in Human Resources or professional membership of ICSAN, CIPMN or ICAN is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be the Head of Legal/HR department. Will be responsible for statutory filings, legal matters and shall serve as the Secretary to the committees of the Board of Directors and management. He/She shall also be in charge of Human Resources issues.

Candidate will work from the Head Office in Ikeja, Lagos.

Qualifications
First degree in Law, Accounting or in any relevant social sciences.
For other degrees aside LLB, BL, membership of ICAN or ICSAN is required.
