Client Service Manager Position

• The Client Service Manager will manage all aspects of the business relationship with our clients to ensure appropriate services are available, utilized and delivered to provide the highest possible caliber of service to the client.
• Develops and maintains positive client relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure client requests are handled appropriately (i.e. within time and budget) while balancing client needs with company profitability.
• Regularly conducts client meetings to review accounts receivable performance, payer issues and trends, client's business strategies, and compensation plans.
• Utilizes their knowledge of the client/business, communication practice management and billing process/procedures to maximize performance relative to client relationship, client satisfaction, desired survey results and client/company financial performance indicators.
• Maintains day-to-day relationships with existing clients, medium to large in size, collecting and clarifying information with the client, communicating project or program plans and progress, and answering client questions, all within area of expertise.
• Position monitors/audits financial, reimbursement and information management services and is responsible for analyzing the billing effectiveness/cash flow and making recommendations to increase productivity and profitability.
• Ensures that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize overall business management services and corporate profitability.
• Supervises the preparation, analysis and presentation of all Account Management deliverables (including statistics and payer trends, fee schedules, ad hoc financial reports) ensuring their relevancy, accuracy and overall quality.
Minimum Requirements
• Bsc Mass Communication or any social sciences
• Candidates must have 5+ years in the same or relevant positions.
• Must have strong negotiation, marketing, and promotional skills.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point as well as data processing and analysis skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both, written and oral.
• Must be able to manage time and projects and be detail oriented
