The Account Executive is responsible for the success of our client's marketing programs. Serving as a day-to-day contact to clients, the Account Executive proposes strategies and drives online and offline initatives that meet clients' marketing objectives and delivers measurable results.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary client contact on accounts and support the Client Success Director as appropriate
• Demonstrate effective communication and project management skills; provide regular updates on project status and facilitate requests in a timely manner
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the agency's offerings and processes; initiate projects using appropriate tools and resources
• Provide a consistent level of service that anticipates and exceeds client expectations
• Regularly analyze results of initiatives to measure success, and leverage findings to improve programs
• Lead i-Cube Worldwide internal team in understanding our clients' business and brand initiatives
• Brief internal resources in the agency on client requirements, and work to ensure that projects are developed on time and under budget
• Assume financial responsibility of assigned accounts including contracts, change orders, invoicing, forecasting and budget management
• Participate in strategic planning processes, both in the preliminary account development phase and ongoing strategic reviews
• Attend client meetings and events
• Monitor and alert supervisors of client issues and potential threats to account growth; be prepared with recommended solutions
• Alert supervisors of revenue opportunities within existing accounts, and assist in the development of new business proposals as applicable
