• Provision of technical pre-sales services to project team
• Working with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
• Liaise with product development and management team to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information to Sales organisation.
• Coordinate requirements for projects and proofs of concept with Product Management/Development.
• Provision of technical support to clients during and after project implementation
• Identification of viable business opportunities
• Recognition and development of creative enterprise solutions that meet specific business needs
• Engagement, liaison and technical communication with clients
• Provision of consultative services to resolve and/or improve client needs
• Building and managing client relationship
• Staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within the products.
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Responsible for staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the Company and its competitors.
Minimum 5-7 years cognate experience
