Job Description : Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. To help our clients become high performing businesses, they apply market-relevant skills in areas such as business strategy, customer relationship management, finance and performance management, human performance, and supply chain. Some business consultants specialize in industry-specific functional areas, such as insurance claims processing or pharmaceutical research and development.

As an Analyst, specific responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in analysis and documentation of capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc.

• Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions

• Assisting in the development of to-be processes

• Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies

• Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)

• Assisting in industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking

Qualifications:

Track record of outstanding academic performance in one of following preferred majors:

• Engineering (all disciplines) • Computer Science / Computer Engineering

• Mathematics / Statistics / Sciences

• Business Marketing / Management

• Liberal Arts / Communications / Organizational Behaviour

• Information Systems / Decision Sciences

• Finance / Accounting / Economics
