JOB DESCRIPTION : The ABM is the 'CEO' of the brand with 2 broad responsibilities - marketing and business management.

As a marketing manager, the ABM's key responsibility is primarily to grow the equity of the brand by being in touch with the consumer and being an expert of the business-building fundamentals of the brand.

He/She does this while leading multifunctional teams to qualify and execute marketing initiatives (i.e. product and commercial innovations) to deliver both short and long term goals of the brand. To note, equity refers to what a brand desires to represent in the minds of consumers.

As a business manager, the ABM is responsible for the overall business health of the brand, playing vital role in brand budget development, management and execution. The ABM is measured (judged) by equity growth, market share growth and ultimately by the profitability of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and action consumer promotions and sampling activities.

- Conduct business analyses, leading to improved marketing plans.

- Implement brand re-launches.

- Budget administration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Minimum education of Bachelors' Degree with good academic results.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command of the English & local language

• Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.

• Legally eligible to work in Nigeria
