Civil Inspector
• Quality Assurance and control of insulation and painting application on both maintenance and new installation within the production production department.
• Probability assessment of Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) using Shell-Risk Based Inspection (S-RBI) program.
• Plan, inspect, and implement all CUI related repairs within the six production trains and its common facilities and utilities.
• Use of Civil Risk Ranking Inspection Program (Civil RRIP) on the assessment of civil asset integrity, planning and inspection, implementation advice on repair strategy and re-evaluation.
• Use of PACER software in verification of designed and engineering document, inspection report recording, and repair history update.
• Periodic inspection of and repaired work on refractory, fireproofing, insulation, and painting.
• Long term inspection planning and repairs.
• Participate in all plant shutdowns on insulation, painting, refractory related activities in the plant since 2000.
• Civil related inspection based on API 570 requirement.
• Inspection jetty facilities including pile coating protection.
• Planning, inspection and advice on repair of cooling water tower and its accessories.

Painting and insulation supervisor
• Planning and repair of insulation and painting routine maintenance activities.
• Planning and execution of daily work schedule with available manpower.
• Monitoring and recording of all materials stock in the section.
• Assist on all planned and unplanned shutdown.

BI- NDT British institute of non destructive testing (infrared thermography)
