· Responsible for coordinating all performance improvement related processes within the
organization
· Implement, develop, Maintain Response and continued Crisis Management Plans
· Implement, develop and continue all training on Fire/ Evacuation
· Provide risk management training
· Assist Medical Staff Committees and all departments in achieving compliance with regulatory
agencies through direct participation on assigned committees
· Define the risk reporting scales to be used by the program.
· Response Plan, fire fighting training & Occupation Health and Safety (O.H.S.)
