Provide either Accounts Payable ( AP) , Accounts Receivable ( AR) , OR General Accounting ( GA) transaction processing support to deliver services to Business Groups in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with policies and procedures; and relevant legal and statutory requirements. Ensure that timelines and quality meet the agreed service levels and targets.

To accurately process ONE of the specific transactions ( AP, AR, GA) and activities within the given time frame.

To attend to CSC communication channels e.g. email and assigned Helpdesk tickets.

To monitor and process the urgent request before specified deadline.

Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

All transactions should be processed i.e. entered into SAP or rejected according to the established process and procedures.

To ensure the accuracy and the completeness of the transaction processed.

Resolve Business Groups and Corporate queries on one of the specific transaction's issues on timely basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

• An excellent command to speak, read and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus.

• Interested to apply SAP Transaction Systems.

• A recognized bachelor's degree in either finance & accounting, or business studies and business administration.

• Have moderate experience in using MS office tools (MS Word and MS Excel).

ACCOUNTING JOBS - JOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager

Job Description : Champion Technologies is a leading global supplier of speciality oilfield chemicals and services to the oil and gas industry.Our mission is to develop and provide production chemical technology, services and solutions that improve the performance of our customers’ assets, while observing high safety and environmental standards.

An immediate vacancy exists for a Senior Account Manager within our Scandinavian Team. A full expat package is envisaged.

This position will have an Application Engineer as a direct report.

The main responsibilities for this position will include the following:

Develop and maintain effective working relationship with key specific customer.

Prepare and submit chemical management reports to agreed schedule.

Provide cost effective solutions to technical problems.

The job holder will be responsible for acting as the client main resource to provide technical and problem solving support to client Chemical Management Programmes.

This position is located in Champion and Customer offices in Stavanger.

You must be conversant with a wide range of technologies which will include but not be limited to; FPSO, Oil and Gas production systems, Water Injection, Chemical injection facilities and Utility systems.

Chemical selection, application and performance monitoring.

You must have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.

A Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred along with good computer skills, excellent work ethic and you will be a self-starter and team player.
